Via the Binance Smart Chain
The Binance Smart Chain was launched about a year ago to provide an affordable and efficient solution for the Decentralized Finance (DeFi) and Non-Fungible Token (NFT) industries. Since then, the smart contract ecosystem has achieved extreme success, taking on several DeFi and NFT projects.
The Binance Smart Chain is an EVM-based smart contract ecosystem created to respond to the growing congestion and high gas prices of Ethereum. It offers faster transaction times and cheaper gas costs with the $ BNB token.
BSC uses the Proof of Staked Authority (PoSA), which combines aspects of the Proof of Authority (PoA) and the Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS). There are twenty-one validators who take turns producing blocks and in return receive $ BNB transaction fees as a reward.
